Located in Wuxiang Industrial Zone, Ningbo Xinlu Polyurethane Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980, and is specialized in producing racing seats, stainless mufflers/exhausts and registers. We had approved ISO9001:2000 in 2003.
Our company has so many advantages in prosecution, management and self exploitation. The workshop has integrated examination equipment, and owns more than 30 skilled technical workers, in which, there're 10 professors. As the company carries out a Total Quality Management, all of the products are excellent in quality, and highly praised by our foreign customers. Our products are sold to more than 20 countries now, such as USA, Japan, Germany, Canada, France, Malaysia and so on.
Our racing seats are sold well for new design and excellent craft. They are well accepted by the customers all over the world. The yearly sales quantity reaches to 200,000, and is still growing.
The mufflers/exhausts were developed in 2002. As the equipments we brought in are so advanced, we are able to produce most kinds of mufflers. We deeply believe that the mufflers/exhausts we made will be so popular in the near future.
We use automatic punch forming craft. In order to match the central air-condition¡¯s top quality during the production when we making the registers. We also use high automatic metal-processing and surface processing craft; like powder electro-deposition, plate, etc. Then, the products could be not only elegant appearance, but also can be sure the quality is same good and stronger resistance of high temperature, wet and erosion; what¡¯s more, our products¡¯ quality can be ensured and can be used for long time.
